58.1.3. Metric: Accumulated hours of the project

Maybe you still recall that we already talked in chapter 20.1, page 107, about "Net Duration Hours",
in respect of "Resource Management". Now, here, at the subject "Dashboard" we also need figures
to draw from a sheet, e.g., our project plan.

We could roll-up this in a separate sheet, but for convenience reason we will do it now also in our
project plan. Let's assume that our team members have already made the following entries in the
"Net Duration Hours" column:

Beneath the project plan we add a "team matrix".
