               To be fair, I think I should also refer to discussion posts on Reddit, as an acquisition of Smartsheet
               Inc. by Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners ("Vista") was announced in September 2024 and then
               completed in January 2025, which also impacts the purchase of licenses as well billing.
