o We need to perform a "Feasibility Study" to define, which material, which
equipment and which work steps and effort will be necessary to manufacture
the product later.

Special demand: Since we are certified according to IATF 16949, the partici-
pants of the cross-functional team who will perform the Feasibility Study
should also "sign and confirm" it.

o Based on the Feasibility Study, a "Cost Estimate" will be created to determine
the selling price.

o Our customer demands in their RFQ (Request for Quotation) a mandatory
"Due Date" because they would like to present the parts at a trade fair.

o Then we send our quotation and expect from the customer their "Purchasing
Order".

 Then the Project Phase begins:

o Project "Kick-Off" and introducing the project team members.

o "Designing" the parts.

o "Material procurement", concerning in-house as well purchasing from suppli-
ers.

o An "Alternating Climate Test" according to our Design Verification Plan
(DVP/R) through 8 consecutive days.

o "Shipping" the parts to the customer.
