56.1. Roll-up Sheet

A Roll-up is some kind of simple summary, where some data from some different sheets gets accu-
mulated in a sheet that can be used later to supply information mainly to a dashboard.

The Roll-up is often integrated into the same sheet that is supposed to be evaluated, but for the sake
of clarity it should be kept on a separate sheet. Our target here in this Roll-up is to figure out how
many hours have already accumulated in the project concerning some departments. Maybe you still
recall that we added once a column that was called "Net Duration Hours" when we talked about Du-
rations and Resource Management?

How can we figure this out?

First, we create a new sheet, just a grid. We just call it "Roll-Up".
