17. Dependencies (Predecessors)

 In order to make the individual tasks (work packages, rows, ...) dependent on one another, a
reference is now made to the row number(s) through a so-called "Predecessor".

 The question often arises whether to refer to a summary process (parent) or to the last row of
such a block either. My recommendation is that you reference to the summary process ("par-
ent"), because the block may not be structured chronologically, and it is easy to overlook a
task that may take longer than the last one.

 You can also address several row numbers, but then they need to be separated by a comma.
