was working at a PMO at a large company in Nuremberg where we used Smartsheet. I gained my
degree as "Bachelor of Science" at the Hochschule in Hof, at the University of Applied Sciences. Around
two years ago I got Smartsheet Product Certified. Now I am happy I am with Belinda, as well Tony and
Sebastian, and of course also Lisa, here at T.E.A."

"You are with Tony and Sebastian?", kam überrascht die Frage von Adam.

"Yeap. You know Tony and Sebastian too?", fragte Belinda.

"Of course, please say a happy hello to them!", kam dann von Adam zurück.

Belinda: "By the way, our big boss, Benjamin. showed also up here during the Christmas holydays. I
think he once went to school together with the owner of T.E.A., with Mister Roland Hohenstedt. The
only bad thing is, that I had been during the x-mas holyday myself been visiting my parents in Texas, so
I couldn't meet him."

"Oh", kam dann von Adam als auch von Jason. Dann aber sagte Jason: "Means, we should put much
effort into the project to get it going, isn't it?!", und dabei lachte er wieder heiser.

Nun bremste Belinda etwas und sagte dann höflich: "Lisa, I think it's now your turn to introduce your-
self, would you?"

Lisa errötete etwas, was aber niemand über MS-Teams und der Kamera mitbekam, außer vielleicht
Jonathan, und setzte dann an, zu reden. Es war das erste Mal in ihrem Leben, dass sie mit "echten"
Amerikanern sprach. Es war was anderes Zuhause oder in der Firma mal Englisch zu reden, aber über
MS-Teams, mit Leuten in Boston, ... - das war ungefähr so wie schwimmen. Man konnte die Schwimm-
bewegungen, aber mit fremden Leuten in den USA reden, das war, wie wenn man nun den Swimming
Pool mit Wasser gefüllt hatte und da musste man nun frei schwimmen und "nur" Schwimmbewegun-
gen machen, dass alleine half nichts. Aber egal, da musste sie durch. "Hello", fing sie an. "I am Lisa
Klein. I am 24 years old. I am not for very long at T.E.A., just for a few weeks. They asked me if I would
be willing to work here to establish a Project Management Office with Jonah, er, I mean with Mister
Li", dabei errötete sie wieder und diesmal merkte das nicht nur Jonathan, sondern auch Belinda, die
nun zu grinsen anfing.

Daher übernahm auch Belinda wieder und sagte: "Thanks Lisa, thank you all. I would like to proceed
now to come to the point of our meeting. Guys, we need your support. Please provide our latest WBS
template concerning automotive supply industy to Jonathan. Jonathan and Lisa will then work out a
particular template that will fit for T.E.A. Hence, they will surely also need your support if it's about the
structure of the template as well the formulas used there. I don't know how busy you are with some
other projects, but we would like to contact you probably always just at short notice to get some sup-
port. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help. That's for now. Thanks!"

"No question!", sagte Adam, "Just go ahead if you need support."
