               It's now time for us to create a new report. We name it "Portfolio". We choose again "Row Report".































               If we select the workspace, in this case "Top Equip", then future projects ahead will also be considered,
               and you don't need later to adjust the report. Or even worse, you would forget to adjust the report
               and then new projects wouldn't be displayed with the repercussion that Senior Management would
               draw wrong conclusions.

               Then we pick the columns which we would like to display at the report.
