To give you a better idea about this subject, let me illustrate this a bit more vivid at the
screenshot beneath these lines.

Let's say, the task "Manufacturing" would need not just 2 days, but according to the latest
development, now 3 days. At the Forward Planning you would have still time available because
you started already as soon as possible.

Whereas at the Backward Planning the tasks in the time plan start just as late as possible. But
the past is already done and gone! And now?? We probably would wish we would have done
rather the forward planning and had started earlier.

And anyway, would you really like to work with this reverse planning, with this "##SF" (SF =
Start-Finish), this "reverse thinking"?
