               because all tasks beneath "Phase 1" are now
               completely done.












               We have now determined the first "metric" for our Dashboard.

               In case you have more than just 2 Phases defined, then you would be supposed to box / nest up the
               already existing IF-formula. Here an example ...

                                                                  "Phase 4", IF(Done5 = 1, "Phase 3", IF(Done2
                                                                  = 1, "Phase 2", "Phase 1"))))








                                                                  =IF(COUNTIF(CHILDREN(Done@row), 0) = 0, 1)











                                                                   These rows are locked because there at "Done",
                                                                   are formulas that need to be protected.

               Just some tests to see if the formula works ...
