Jonah rief dafür aber vorher noch Tony an und sprach kurz mit ihm. Tony sagte, dass er zusammen mit
Sebastian, sowie den Kollegen Tobias Schwarz, Lea Schwirtz, John White und auch Josef Niederstetter
gerade eben noch Daten in die Projektpläne reingeklopft hätten. Auch sie hatten Überstunden ge-
macht.
"Wir, - Lisa und ich, - wir sind fertig mit dem PSP und der Struktur mit den Formeln. Ich habe eben
Belinda angerufen und ihr das gesagt. Sie hat mich beauftragt, einen Termin für uns Vier einzustellen",
gab Jonah zur Antwort.
Der Termin fand dann aber in der Mittagspause statt. Belinda rief Jonah kurzfristig an, er solle gleich
zum Panamera kommen. Im Luxuswagen warteten schon Tony, Sebastian, und Belinda am Steuer.
Dann wurde vom Parkplatz gefahren und die Besprechung lief.
Belinda übernahm wie gewohnt das Wort. "Jonathan, you are done with the Work-Break-Down Struc-
ture, correct?"
Jonathan: "Yes, ma'am! I'm done with the architecture, like formulas, indicators, dashboards, etc. as
well the WBS."
Belinda: "But you haven't founded the entire 39 projects yet, isn't it?"
Jonathan: "No, all of them are now available and ready to be filled with data. And by the way, the
correct number of projects is not 39, but 37. 13 A's, 19 B's, 5 C's."
Belinda: "Tony, Sebastian. What's the progress on this part?"
Tony: "Around 50 % done. May take still 2 or 3 days!"
Belinda: "Get them done. Today is Tuesday, January 30. This is Calendar Week 5. Do you think you'll be
able to finish still this week?"
Tony: "Tough. We need enhancement. Jonah, can you and Lisa support?"
Belinda: "Of course!" Obwohl Tony Jonathan fragte, antwortete Belinda. Das war frech, aber Jonathan
hatte nichts anderes erwartet. Er war froh, dass er schon seinen Vertrag bei TEA hatte. Wahrscheinlich
hatte Belinda immer noch Ressentiments gegen ihn, da er bei Sullivan Consulting ausgestiegen war, -
oder warum auch immer.
Dann fuhr Belinda fort: "Tony, Seb, I guess, there is no question that also the three other guys will still
work on it. Or do you need support, let's say from the new CEO that he might need to talk to them?"
Tony: "No. No need! They are willing since we kicked out their lazy buddies."
Jonathan dachte nun: "Bin ich froh, dass ich aus dem Haufen raus bin, die denken über Menschen wie
über Vieh!"
Dann sagte Belinda in die Runde, nun aber auf Deutsch: "Dann gehen wir also davon aus, dass wir ab
Montag, 5. Februar planmäßig mit der 3. Phase des Projekts starten können."
